Presentation
Do not limit your customer to one option. Show as many quotes as you like side by side, let them pick the one that suits them best, and give them a buying experience worth talking about. If they are not ready to decide on the spot, send the presentation and give them room to think before you follow up.

How to create your presentation
1 minOnce your quotes are built, pick the ones you want to show side by side.
- Open any quote on the job and tap the action menu.
- Tap Presentation.
- Swipe through the quotes on the job and tap Select on each one you want to include.
- Tap Next Step to move on to the settings.
Build each option as its own quote The presentation picks from the quotes on this job, so each option you want to show needs to be a quote on the job first.
How to control your presentation settings
2 minGroup your quotes under labels, give the presentation a title and description, and choose what your customer sees before you present or share it.
A label group puts a clear heading over each option, for example Repair, Replace and Upgrade.
- Choose a label group from the list.
- Drag and drop each quote into the label that suits it.
- Open Additional Details.
- Give the presentation a title your customer will recognise, and a short description of the work.
Both are optional, but a clear title makes the presentation easier to find when your customer comes back to it.
Coming soon: AI descriptions AI will be able to write and summarise the description for you from the quotes in the presentation.
| Setting | What it does |

When it looks right, Present Options and Share With Client are the next two lessons.
How to present your options
1 minOnce your settings, label groups and details are the way you want them, show your customer their options.
- Check your label groups, details and settings, covered in the lesson before this one.
- Tap Present Options. Your selected quotes appear side by side.
- Talk your customer through them and let them pick.
- Tap Accept on the option they want. That opens the acceptance window, and from there it is the usual signing process.
Accepting is covered in how to accept a quote in the Quotations module.
How to send your presentation
1 minNot every customer can decide on the spot, or be there with you. Send the presentation and they get the same experience online, in their own time.
- Tap Share With Client.
- Work through the checklist for anything not finished yet.
- Check your presentation settings.
- Choose SMS, Email or QR code.
- Complete anything still needed, such as your tradie signature, and check your customer's email address or mobile number.
- Save and send.
What your customer sees They can flick between your quotes, read the detail on each one, and accept the option they want straight from the presentation.
How to turn auto follow-up on or off
30 secOnce your follow-up schedule is set in your configuration, the app does the chasing for you. You can switch it off for a single presentation as you share it.
- Tap Share With Client and go to the Options step.
- Switch Don't send follow-ups on to stop follow-ups for this presentation.
The switch works in reverse Switching it on is what stops the follow-ups. Leave it off and they go out on your usual schedule. It is the same switch as on a quote, covered in the Quotations lesson.
Your progress is saved to this browser, so pick up where you left off on the same device. Switching phone or laptop starts you fresh.
