Invoicing and Payments

Turn the accepted quotes on a job into a single invoice, so there is one amount to collect.

1. Open the accepted quote.
2. Tap the green button at the bottom right.
3. Check the preview.
4. Confirm the invoice.
5. Issue it straight away to send it to your customer.

One invoice for the whole job If more than one quote on the job has been accepted, you can put any or all of them on the same invoice.

Something on the invoice is wrong, or the job changed. Cancel it so you can work on a new one.

Cancel from the quote, not the invoice An invoice is cancelled by cancelling the accepted quote attached to it. That is the part people go looking for in the wrong place.

1. Open the accepted quote the invoice came from.
2. Tap the action menu.
3. Tap Cancel.
4. Give a reason.

Customer lost the invoice? Send it out again in a few taps.

1. Open the invoice.
2. Tap the invoice action menu.
3. Tap Send By Email.
4. Check the settings and your customer's contact details, then send.

Get paid as soon as the job is finished, or take progress payments along the way on bigger jobs, and keep the cashflow moving.

1. Open the confirmed invoice.
2. Tap Pay Invoice at the bottom right.
3. Choose the payment method.
4. Change the amount if you are only collecting part of it.
5. Follow the rest of the prompts.

Only FlatRateNOW Pay takes the money Card processing through FlatRateNOW Pay is the one method that actually takes payment from your customer. The others record money you have collected some other way.
