What the icons mean

30 sec

Read where a job is up to without opening it.

IconWhat it meansWhat to do
Expand iconExpand Opens the expanded job card, which holds more about the job than the list view can show. Tap it when you want the fuller picture: photos taken on quotes, adding a hot lead, and more.
Flame iconFlame The job has a Hot Lead appointment. Make sure the customer has been contacted on the date of the Hot Lead.
Teal screen iconTeal screen A presentation has been saved and presented, usually on site. Nothing.
Green screen iconGreen screen The presentation has been sent to the customer. Nothing.
Red screen iconRed screen The presentation was rejected or cancelled. Nothing.

The screen icon always means a presentation. The colour is what tells you where it got to: teal for presented, green for sent, red for rejected or cancelled.

How to add a Hot Lead

1 min

On site and you can see there is more work in it, now or later on. A Hot Lead puts the job in front of you again on the date you pick, so the opportunity does not quietly disappear.

  1. Find the job and tap Actions.
  2. Select Add Hot Lead.
  3. Choose the date you want to be reminded.
  4. Tap Add Hot Lead to finish.

The job now carries the flame icon, and it surfaces on the date you chose. Treat it as a prompt to ring the customer, not a booking.
